What’s Happening

Every day there will be an activity you can participate in, whether that be a challenge, creative prompt, livestream, game or something else! Every activity that you participate in will give you 1 entry into the prize draw, as well as give you 1 team spirit point for your team! Each week there is a different theme that the activities will be based on:

• Week 1: Festival Kick-off & Team Spirit Week 🎊

• Week 2: Carnival Games  🎯
• Week 3: Creativity 🎨
• Week 4: Music 🎶

Teams 🤝

A huge part of Summer Vibewire this year is about connection and collaboration – and so for the first time ever, we are going to have teams!! Everyone who wants to will be assigned randomly into a team of 4-7, where you will have your own chat room, and throughout the event you will have the opportunity to collaborate on various team-based activities!

Every activity that you participate in will add to your overall team spirit points, as well as your own individual prize pool entry points. Whichever team has the most team spirit points at the end of the month will be crowned the Summer Vibewire 2025 champions! 👑 After all, team work makes the dream work!

There will be certain activities that you can do with your team, and others you can do as an individual, so you can choose how much or how little you participate 😎

All you need to do if you’d like to be a part of a team is click ‘attend’ on the Summer Vibewire event! (you will also get a super cool limited edition Summer Vibewire 2025 badge!)

Importantly – the teams are an optional part of the event, and there are no prizes for the winning team – only bragging rights!

The teams and team scores can be found here!

Prizes 🎁

This year we are super excited to announce we are giving away 4 awesome main prizes:

• 35mm Kodak Film Camera
• Dock & Bay Beach Towel
• Mini Portable Projector

On the 31st of January we will randomly draw 4 winners from the prize entry pool. To have a chance of scoring a prize, you just need to participate in at least one VibeFest activity. The more activities you participate in, the more chances you will have to win!

On the 31st of January we will randomly draw the prize winners on livestream!

Livestream Hunt

But that’s not all – we’ve got two things happening across the entire month: another Livestream Hunt and a Bingo! 🤩

At the end of each of the Vibefest livestreams, we’ll be sharing a mystery letter in chat! You then have 5 mins to message that letter to @Livewire_HQ. Each successful letter will earn you another point 😎 Plus, if you can work out what it spells out, you will get an extra bonus point!

Summer Vibewire Bingo 🦩🦩🦩

If you’re looking for something to do straight away, then you can get started on the VibeFest Bingo! Plus, if you post your completed bingo to the Summer Vibewire Group, you’ll earn yourself another point! 😀 To compelte the bingo, you just need to have 4 in a row!

FAQs

1. How do I join a team?
All you need to do to join a team is click ‘attend’ on the VibeFest event here!
2. What if I join late?
That is totally fine if you join after VibeFest has started! You still will be able to participate in all the activities, and can be added to a team if that’s something you would like to be a part of 🙂
3. Can I request someone for my team?
The teams will be completely randomised, so no requests, sorry!
4. What if I am not in a team with my friends?
That’s okay, that is kind of the point! Hopefully you will make new friends within your group! And you can always catch your friends in Main Chat 🙂
5. Do the teams win a prize if they win?
If you call bragging rights a prize, then yes!! But no, there will be no actual ‘prize’ for the winning team. Just pure glory! (and maybe a sneaky addition to your profile, which is a surprise)
6. How do I win a prize?
To have a chance of winning a prize, you just need to participate in at least one VibeFest Activity! This could be a Newsfeed challenge, a Livestream, Game or WOD. The more activities you participate in, the more entries into the prize draw you will have!
7. How will prizes be drawn?
The prizes will be drawn live on stream on the 31st of January. For each prize, we will name the item, and then randomly select a winner!

Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to win a prize, you must participate in at least VibeFest Activity by January 30th. The team-based competition is separate from these prizes, and is completely optional. Each point you gain for participating in a VibeFest activity will count as 1 entry into the prize draw. The prizes will be randomly drawn from the pool of entries on January 31st. You cannot win multiple prizes.  If your name is drawn twice, we will redraw until we draw a different member. (Prizes). 1 x 35mm Kodak Film Camera. 1x Dock & Bay Beach Towel. 1 x Mini Portable Projector. 1 x Portable Speaker. You must be a current and validated Livewire member to participate and win. Winners will be announced on Friday the 31st of January via Livestream.
