Livewire partners with ACE

Livewire and the Australian Communications Exchange (ACE) have launched a partnership to provide better access to Livewire for the deaf, hearing impaired or communication impaired.

The Australian Communications Exchange (ACE) is an Australian not-for-profit business offering deaf, hearing impaired, communication impaired and hearing people communication services and products. Their vision is to provide access to communication for everyone.

The partnership will help improve the accessibility of the Livewire community for members who are deaf, have a hearing impairment or communication impairment. ACE will help Livewire to better meet the communication needs of everyone through collaborative activities aimed at supporting communication facilitation.

Livewire has formed over 40 affiliate partnerships with not-for-profit organisations to allow their members to safely connect online. This has resulted in several collaborative activities including content sharing, chat room hosting, events, workshops & camps, mail outs and more.
