Livewire launches partnership with Aspect
18 Feb 2010
Livewire and Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) have launched a partnership to facilitate online connections and support for young people and their families affected by an autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is Australia's largest not-for-profit autism specific service provider. Aspect builds confidence and capacity in people with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), their families and communities by providing information, education and other services.
The partnership is an exciting development which will allow Livewire to better reach and meet the needs of young people living with ASD and their families. The collaboration will also help Aspect to meet their mission of overcoming the isolation of ASD by offering their members a safe and supportive space to share experiences with others who understand and gain support.
