Why did I not receive an activation email?
When you register for Livewire, you must activate your account. If you chose to activate via email, you should have received an email from Livewire within a few minutes of registration.
If you have not received this, please check your email's junk or spam folder as emails can sometimes end up here.
Once you find the email, open it up and click the activation link. You may then start using Livewire.
Also, it would be a good idea to add email addresses that end in @livewire.org.au to your safe senders list to ensure that we can contact you if required.
